The Recent Tab and Search¶
The Recent tab is the app's front page: a list of your accounts with the one you used most recently at the top.

Most recently used first¶
Every time you open an account's code, that account moves to the top of Recent. So the account you needed a moment ago, and will probably need again in a moment, is always right there. A newly added account starts at the top as well. Codes you open on your Apple Watch count too, so the order matches on both.
Each row shows the account's name in bold and its description underneath. Tap a row to open its code screen.
Searching¶
Pull the list down a little to reveal the search field, or start typing straight away. Search looks at account names, and ignores capital letters and accents. Two pills sit above the list:
- Description makes search look at descriptions too, useful when you have several accounts with the same website and different email addresses.
- Archived shows accounts you have archived, marked with an ARCHIVED badge. They are hidden otherwise. See Archiving Instead of Deleting.
The search text and the pills reset when you leave the app, so you always come back to a clean list.
Swipe for quick actions¶
Swipe a row from right to left to reveal two buttons:
- Archive (orange) tucks the account away without deleting it. On an archived account the button reads Unarchive.
- Edit (blue) opens the account's name, description and tags for changing.
No accounts yet¶
Until you add your first account, Recent shows No accounts yet — Tap + to add one, or Import from the Info page. The welcome screen from your first launch also comes back each time you open the app with an empty list.
